So per the administration this app can't be uninstalled from my device I thought was awfully fun y about this bogus app Thank the heavens I never opened or desired to use this app .......... Because guess what I have no money for the to steal in the first place "Looks like you was made to be the fool"!!!!!!!!!!! LOL 0000000000 stares Like everybody else I had to give 1 star which like this app is fake as foxfur

I called fitbit for customer support and the "agent" asked me to download this app to help set up the account. Well before long he was asking me to go on amazon and purchase a gift card. Very scary experience and I'm still wondering what kind of information this scammer could have accessed. Beware of anyone asking you to download this app.

As a support agent who uses the software at our tech support firm, we use the desktop version. I'm leaving a review on the mobile version to tell people, if you're reading people's negative reviews about the app calling it a scam, they got socially engineered. They're mad. And they're taking it out on a legitimate support app because they don't want to admit they were fooled. If you called a legitimate support center and they use this, it's legit.

Thanks Jeremy for the positive review! It's comforting to hear from someone who understands the predicament we're in with scammers. Regardless, we have made a lot of changes lately and we've seen a massive reduction in scam activity. We plan on keeping it that way.
